Shipping & Return Policy
SWOLE SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES (Updated 11/23/2011)
Swole is currently offering flat shipping and handling of $5.99 for all online orders placed within the continental United States of America. *For shipping to any other locations (including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as other countries) please contact Customer Service prior to placing your order to obtain shipping & handling rates.
Unless upgraded, all orders will be shipped with standard delivery, which is usually 5-7 days. Please allow up to 48 hours before shipment, but we will aim to ship orders as soon as possible.
*WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES OR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Swole Sports Nutrition will accept returns of merchandise only purchased directly from Swole Sports Nutrition (via online or phone purchase) ONLY when the following conditions are satisfied:
Apparel - To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
Accessories - To be considered for reimbursement, accessories must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item in the original packaging.
Dietary Supplements -To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging and condition in which received.
Other items - All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
All items must be received by Swole Sports Nutrition within 30 days of purchase. In the case of a refund, it will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
The original packing slip is required for reimbursement (when applicable). Please note that we do not have the ability to trace your return independently. Please refer to your mail carrier of choice and make sure to include their tracking services. For your convenience, we provide you with the UPS customer service website, www.ups.com, should you choose them as your carrier.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
Include the original packing slip for accurate processing for the item(s) being returned (when applicable)
Write "RETURN" on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHEN YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND PROCESSED, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT USED ON THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE RETURN, LESS A 15% RE-STOCKING FEE, SHIPPING AND HANDLING, AND ANY APPLICABLE TARIFFS AND TAXES.
